Buying or renewing your Membership

You can purchase or renew your card in person at the Information Centre, by post using the downloadable form, by phone, or online using our secure system.

Remember that renewing your membership automatically adds 12 months to the existing expiry date on your Harewood Card and entitles you to the renewal rates - a saving of up to 27% on new Harewood Card prices.

If you don't renew your Harewood Card in person you can collect your new card on your next visit. Your old card will still allow you one further free entry at Visitor Reception to collect your new card. Alternatively you may have your card posted by recorded delivery for an additional £2.50.

Pay by Direct Debit

Changing to Direct Debit requires 30 days notice so please get in touch with us in plenty of time! Download the Harewood Card Form and Direct Debit Form.

Recommend a friend for a new Harewood Card and receive £10 gift voucher.

Please complete your details on the Recommend a Friend Form and ask your friend to bring it along to the Information Centre when they visit to purchase their Harewood Card. Your voucher will be available for you to collect on your next visit. We can process your friend's application over the phone too - just ask them to have your details and your Harewood Card number to hand when they call.

Vouchers can be spent in the cafes and shops at Harewood or even put towards your own membership renewal.
